The datasets, scraped from public sources, undergo processing with an Opt-Out Notice to comply with privacy standards set by Binary Demand. Additionally, data collected from Third-Party Platforms is obtained in accordance with GDPR standards, with the partner platforms taking responsibility for sending Opt-Out Notices to ensure regulatory compliance.

This notice serves as a communication mechanism to inform individuals about the ongoing data collection activity. It explicitly states the nature of the data being collected, the purpose for which it will be used, and provides individuals with an option to opt out if they wish to have their information excluded from the database.

The Opt-Out Notice ensures transparency by offering individuals the opportunity to make an informed choice about their data being included in Binary Demand’s database. To enforce this commitment, Binary Demand maintains an Opt-Out list. Individuals who have exercised their right to opt out are included in this list to ensure that they are excluded from any future data collection and processing activities. The Opt-Out list is regularly updated to reflect the evolving preferences of individuals. This process ensures that the database remains current, and the rights of individuals who have opted out are consistently honoured.
