- Positive, hardworking and high-integrity marketing professional with 7+ years of B2B technology marketing / Marketing technology industry experience.
- Passion for and in-depth understanding of demand generation, data platforms, marketing technology and intent data solutions.
- Exceptional communicator with an ability to understand, connect with and convert B2B marketing and revenue professionals to prospects and customers.
- Digital-first professional who has developed and executed data-driven, high-performance GTM and demand programs and campaigns.
- Experience establishing the strategies, tools and process to generate demand and revenue working alongside the sales and product teams.
- Fundamental product marketing skills for solutions packaging, positioning and materials to use across GTM and sales enablement programs.
- Comfortable working with and managing marketing talent and freelance contractors to meet goals and objectives.
- Proven start-up experience working in B2B and technology environment and markets.
Responsibilities:
- Build and action a plan to develop and grow a marketing function inside and outside the organization, including identifying and developing the required talent and levels of investment/budget for each growth phase.
- Design and execute GTM strategies to generate subscription and user growth for our products and demand for marketing services offerings.
- Combine your skills in digital marketing, communications, product management and analytics to develop and activate creative integrated campaigns across channels to enter markets and drive subscription + services revenue.
- Create and execute (hands-on) on inbound and outbound marketing strategies across digital – web, social, search – and events channels.
- Working closely with founders and growing leadership team to develop and establish brand identity and awareness in the markets we serve.
